What does the name Carrera stand for?

The name goes back to the Carrera Panamericana, one of the most legendary and dangerous road races of the 1950s. Since the 1960s, the Carrera has stood for the classic motor-racing chronograph with a clearly legible dial. Collaborations such as the Porsche models or the Senna edition carry this motorsport DNA forward to this day.

Carrera chronograph or three-hand model – what is the difference?

The chronograph is the heart of the line – from the 39 mm automatic chronograph to the 44 mm Extreme Sport models, topped by tourbillon and split-seconds versions.
